Why we exist
Rentcla was born from a real frustration. Enrique, the founder, saw up close how rental agencies in Spain manage hundreds of properties with a mix of Excel, Word, paper, and the senior agent's memory. It's a system that holds up until you stop holding up.
Existing software is either too expensive (SAP, Dynamics), built for sales rather than rentals, or a glorified Excel with a login. There's nothing modern, specific to residential rental, and at a price a 50-property agency can afford.
That's why we built Rentcla: an all-in-one tool, made with the care and detail obsession of a consumer product, but with the power and security a B2B business needs.
