Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Rentcla. By using the service, you accept these conditions. If you have questions, write to legal@rentcla.com before subscribing.

1. The service

Rentcla is a SaaS (software as a service) CRM for residential rental management. We provide access to the application through monthly or annual subscription. The service is provided "as is" and evolves constantly: we add features, modify existing ones, and sometimes retire them.

2. Your account

To use Rentcla you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@rentcla.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Rentcla lawfully and per these terms. In particular, you must not: (a) enter third-party data without their consent for processing; (b) use the service for illegal activities; (c) attempt to access restricted areas or other customers' data; (d) reverse-engineer the software; (e) resell or sublicense the service without authorization.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter in Rentcla. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service. You can export all your data at any time from your dashboard.

5. Plans and payments

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual). Prices may change, but we will notify you 30 days in advance. If you don't accept the new price, you can cancel and keep the service until the end of your paid period.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your data is kept for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, data is permanently deleted.

7. Refund

If you cancel within the first 14 days of an annual plan, we refund the full amount. Monthly plans are not refundable for the current month, except when the service has been unavailable due to our fault.

8. Service Level (SLA)

We commit to 99.5% monthly availability on the Business plan and 99.9% on Enterprise. If we don't meet it, we issue service credits per the table at rentcla.com/sla.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss (except in case of serious breach of our custody obligations).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the customer's city (if consumer) or Madrid (if business).

11. Changes

We may modify these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't accept the new terms, you can cancel without penalty.
